Deburring Station

Project Overview

Robot cell based and commissioned in MAN Truck & Bus AG factory in Salzgitter. Designed and constructed by Felsomat GmbH & Co. KG. Fully automated robot cell aiming to increase the quality and speed of deburring the steering knuckle. Cell connected to Heller’s CNC machines by means of Gantries. Automated station equipped with the ability to extract a part in order to measure and evaluate previous operations.
